Over the next decade, solar energy will leapfrog the electricity grid in developing countries much like cell phones leapfrogged landlines. Over the past two years GB has partnered with Linked Lines to develop an efficient and affordable system of products to communities in developing countries who have abundance and access to solar energy. Linked Lines conducted research and presented the HEBCOSS product series, a multipurpose solution designed to gradually eradicate dependency on traditional energy sources such as kerosene, crude oil, coal, battery and candles and replace them with clean and renewable energy sources such as solar and wind. HEBCOSS is designed with developing market in mind, to provide reliable and affordable energy solutions to 1.3 billion underserved people around the world, who have limited or no access to "modern energy."
